The whole catalogue in production: 1K and 2K primers, 1K and 2K topcoats, hardeners, and the pigment layer. Every SKU ships with an English TDS and SDS, and a batch-matched colour card.
Sanding sealer, dip primer, electrostatic primer. The first coat on MDF, rubberwood, walnut and veneer — the one that decides whether the topcoat sands clean.

1K dipping clear sealer
For dip tanks. Clear, fills open grain, sands without loading the paper, and closes the end-grain before the first topcoat.

1K sanding sealer
Dip, brush or spray. Penetrates and blocks grain raise, with enough tannin resistance for rubberwood and walnut. The SKU we ship first to a new line.
HD-M022C
1K clear primer
Fast dry, higher hardness, good grain fill and sanding. The default primer when the line has no dip tank.
HD-M025C
1K high-clarity primer
High clarity and hardness with fast dry. Bonds to a cured solvent-borne base, which is what makes a half-converted line possible.

1K electrostatic clear primer
Formulated for electrostatic disc and bell application. Even film build, high clarity, good grain fill and sanding.

High solids for edge-banding lines: fills without cracking on the edge profile.

One base covers the whole gloss range. Fine hand-feel, good grain definition, and a film that survives a container crossing.

Two-pack clears and whites, including the anti-scratch and dead-matte grades. What contract furniture and export joinery specify.

For furniture that gets stacked, wrapped and dragged through a warehouse before it reaches the buyer. Scrub resistance well above the standard 2K topcoat. 10 : 1 with HD-PL017C.

Electrostatic 2K topcoat across the gloss range, with the same clarity and hand-feel as the spray version.
Crosslinkers matched to each 2K system, and the optional additive that lifts a 1K sealer to a 2K cure.

General-purpose hardener for the 2K primer and topcoat range, including topcoats above 6 GU.
HD-PL018C
Sealing-primer hardener
For the 2K sealing primers only. Long pot life. Add directly — do not dilute with water.

High-fill primer hardener
Dedicated hardener for HD-PU8803 high-fill primer. Not interchangeable with the general-purpose hardener.
Nano dispersions, universal pigment pastes, wiping stains, glazes and transparent TSI tinters — the colour layer between primer and topcoat.
